Name Of Posts:-

1) Project Officer : 1 (One) Post

Essential qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Science or Management or B.E/ B. Tech from a recognized University with 02 years of experience in Project Management/ Accounts/ Management/ Event Management etc. Documentary evidence of experience is required.

Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office/PFMS/PMSS/MIS are mandatory.

Tenure of engagement: Initially for a period of 1 (one) year. Engagement may be renewed for a further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of performance by the authority.

Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month. Age limit : 45 years as on the date of Interview.

 

2) Project Assistant : 2 (Two) Posts

Post No.- (i): Essential qualification: Graduate in Science, Engineering or Technology. Candidates whose final result is awaited must not apply.

Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office.

Tenure of engagement: Initially for a period of 1 (one) year. Engagement may be renewed for a further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of performance by the authority.

Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs.20,000/- per month.

Age limit: 35 years as on the date of Interview.

Post No.- (ii): Essential qualification: Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Finance and Accounting. Candidates whose final result is awaited must not apply.

Computer skill and proficiency in MS-Office and Accounting package is mandatory.

Tenure of engagement: Initially for a period of 1 (one) year. Engagement may be renewed for a further period till completion of the project, subject to the assessment of performance by the authority.

Remuneration: Consolidated salary of Rs.20,000/-per month.

Age limit: 35 years as on the date of Interview.

 

General Instructions to the Candidates :-

  1. The appointment shall be on contractual basis and purely temporary. The selected candidate shall have no claim for regular appointment in the University against any permanent post by virtue of this appointment. The service to the post is terminable with a short notice of 7 (seven) days.
  2. Candidates must bring all the original and self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from matriculation (10th standard) onwards in support of their qualifications and experiences, with the application.
  3. The candidates shall have to register their names by depositing Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) as Registration Fee at the venue on the day of Interview.
  4. Candidates who have experience in TEQIP Program will be given preference.
  5. Age Relaxation shall be as per Rule.
  6. Canvassing in any form may lead to disqualification.
  7. No TA/DA shall be admissible to the candidates for attending the walk in interview.
  8. All disputes will be under the Jurisdiction of Dibrugarh, Assam only.
